Foreign Missions
Fifth Sundays at NBEGAT
“Churches on Mission” across the Eastern Field
Our Association moves together in mission. On every Fifth Sunday, each member is invited to give $8 toward Foreign Missions so we can respond quickly and faithfully to needs beyond our borders.
Leadership: The Foreign Mission Effort is led by Sister Gwen Deason.
Why Fifth Sundays?
- Simple & united. A single rhythm that every church can remember and join.
- Ready resources. Consistent gifts position us to help when needs arise—no delays, no scrambling.
- A witness of partnership. Our churches are stronger together; the East serves beyond the East. This outward posture flows from the spiritual renewal we’ve experienced coming “home” and working side-by-side.
